EngageKo allows Social Media Managers to invite, manage and engage volunteers in helping to share the brand’s message to the volunteer’s friends and networks.

Volunteers receive "Calls to Action" from the Teams they join to perform certain tasks, such as, sharing or commenting on a post.

Volunteers are encouraged to act as boots-on-the-ground via a Feedback mechanism whereby volunteers can report concerns or submit ideas and suggestions directly to the brands Social Media Manager.

Some Social Media Managers may provide volunteers with unique content and information so the volunteer will not only be the first to know, but also be the first to share the content with their friends and networks.
